Orange County Human Trafficking Town Hall Highlights Growing Threat

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif.—Orange County officials were joined by over 100 residents Sept. 30 during a Human Trafficking Town Hall to discuss the county’s human trafficking crisis.

Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Todd Spitzer said that the county is taking a stronger stance against handling human trafficking crimes than the state.
