Online health insurance marketplaces have reopened for a special enrollment period through May 15, after President Joe Biden signed an executive order last month.

Biden, in a statement on Feb. 15, said that he will do everything he can “to ensure that all Americans have access to the quality, affordable health care they deserve.”
