Nunes Says He Will Sue CNN, Daily Beast Over Alleged ‘Criminal Activity’

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, denied “fake news” reports that he met with former Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin to obtain information that would compromise former Vice President Joe Biden.

Speaking to Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Features”, Nunes said that “we are going to take both CNN and the Daily Beast likely into federal court right after Thanksgiving.”
