A Napa County man was charged with murder on July 22 after authorities alleged he was driving while intoxicated when his 10-year-old son died in a vehicle accident in Northern California.

District Attorney Allison Haley filed numerous additional felony charges against Aaron Brian Kennedy, 35, of Angwin, including gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence (DUI) causing injury, and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content causing injury with a prior conviction.
