Californians can now access more than 300,000 eBooks and audiobooks through a new virtual bookshelf unveiled by the California State Library on March 26.

With just an email address and internet connection, residents can use the Palace app to browse California’s Bookshelf, a free digital collection featuring titles in multiple genres and more than 20 languages, according to a press release from the library.
