In the first three weeks of Arizona’s new anti-smuggling law, law enforcement officers in Cochise County arrested 43 alleged smugglers.
One of them is an 18-year-old college student who used his parents’ vehicle, according to Cochise County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Carol Capas.
