Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts says he intends to call for a special state legislative session to fully outlaw abortion if the Supreme Court decides to overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Nebraska is a pro-life state. I believe life begins at conception,” the Republican governor told CNN’s “State of the Union” on May 15.
