A Buffalo woman and her ex-boyfriend were arrested after a 7-month-old child was brought to the hospital suffering from brain-damage.
Jasmine L. Mendez, 26, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor child endangerment on Friday, Jan. 5 after bringing her brain-dead son to Oishei Children’s Hospital, reported The Buffalo News, citing a police report.
