MIDDLETOWN, N.Y.—The Middletown Community Campus held its first public event, bringing a weekend of international culture to the streets of Middletown.
The Arts and Culture Festival, held on Sept. 27 and 28, drew 140 vendors to the campus. It was sponsored by Fei Tian College Northern and the City of Middletown.
