MIDDLETOWN, N.Y.—The Middletown Community Campus held its first public event on Sept. 27 and 28, bringing a weekend of international culture to the community.
The Arts and Culture Festival drew 140 vendors to the campus. The event was sponsored by Fei Tian College Northern and the City of Middletown.
