A Michigan couple arrested in connection with the death of their 4-year-old daughter were arraigned on murder charges on Saturday morning, WXYZ reported.
A Michigan medical examiner called the alleged murder the “worst child death case” in 27 years of practice, according to a court document obtained by the Detroit Free Press.
