Authorities in Maryland arrested a woman who they said set fire to her home with someone inside and was allegedly captured on video sitting in a lawn chair while it went up in flames.
Gail J. Metwally, 47, was charged with arson and attempted murder, the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s office said in a news release.
