LOS ANGELES—Omar Alexander Cardenas, wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Sylmar in 2019, has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List, authorities announced July 20.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Cardenas, who allegedly shot and killed Jabali Dumas on Aug. 15, 2019, according to the FBI and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
