LAGUNA BEACH, Calif.—Police were asking for the public’s help April 20 to find a man suspected of robbing and assaulting his ex-girlfriend at her Laguna Beach home, leaving her with significant injuries.
Police said a residential burglary Tuesday evening was allegedly carried out by Charles Thomas Kelley IV, who hours later allegedly attacked the victim.
