SAN DIEGO—A 21-year-old man was arrested May 13 on suspicion of murder in the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in the Castle neighborhood, police said.
The shooting happened at 11:52 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Van Dyke Avenue, according to Lt. Jud Campbell of the San Diego Police Department.
