Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) reflected on his time as the 55th House speaker after being ousted by a vote of 216-210. He reminisced on getting through school, starting a sandwich business, making money, and getting elected to Congress, eventually moving up to become speaker.Mr. McCarthy said he didn’t regret his actions that led up to that evening.
