An investigator working for the Orange County District Attorney’s (OCDA) office filed a lawsuit alleging District Attorney Todd Spitzer “actively sabotaged” a high-profile sexual assault case.
The April 5 filing relates to a Newport Beach surgeon and his girlfriend, and claims the case was compromised due to a personal relationship Spitzer had with a defense attorney.
