The Democrat-led commission investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol breach approved a report on Wednesday recommending a contempt charge against former Trump Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark.
Clark had testified before the committee last month but was not cooperative, according to the committee’s chairman, Rep. Benny Thompson (D-Miss.)
