An illegal alien who drove a car into a teenage girl, leaving her seriously injured, has been arrested in Mississippi.
David Hernandez, a Honduran national, was arrested late on Dec. 7 in Pass Christian, hours after he allegedly slammed into the girl in the downtown area during the annual Christmas in the Pass celebration.
