A 20-year-old illegal immigrant accused of impregnating an 11-year-old girl had asked a judge to deport him, according to reports.

Carlos Jacinto Cobo-Perez had admitted to having sexual intercourse with the young girl in a car near her elementary school in Arizona, according to investigators, reported CBS 5. A hospital confirmed the girl’s pregnancy on the same day Cobo-Perez was taken into custody, reported ABC 15.
