The most wanted fugitive, as listed by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE), was captured on Oct. 17 in Louisiana.
Jose Melchor Martinez, also known as Jose Luis Martinez-Sanchez, was arrested at a residence in Church Point by a team executing a federal arrest warrant, ICE said in a press release.
