The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more illegal immigrants in fiscal year 2024 than it has in almost a decade.
ICE’s annual report released on Dec. 19 showed the agency removed 271,484 illegal immigrants to 192 countries from Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024.
