Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee on Sept. 22 introduced a resolution condemning Democrats’ calls to pack the Supreme Court if President Donald Trump replaces the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the Nov. 3 election.

The legislation submitted by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) late Tuesday seeks to prevent adding seats to the nine-justice Supreme Court.
