The late actor Gene Hackman’s Santa Fe, New Mexico, compound sold just days after it was put on the market for $6.25 million—less than a year after he and his wife were found dead inside the secluded estate, according to Realtor.com.

The 53-acre compound located in the gated neighborhood is located on a hilltop northeast of the historic downtown plaza and north of the Ten Thousand Waves Japanese spa, with panoramic views from the Jemez Mountains to Colorado.
