Former Tenant and Registered Sex Offender Arrested for Murder of Louisiana African-American Museum’s Founder

A man has been arrested and charged with the murder of Sadie Roberts-Joseph—the founder of the African-American museum in Baton Rouge. Roberts-Joseph was found dead in her car trunk in Louisiana.

Ronn Jermaine Bell, 38, a registered sex offender and a former tenant of 75-year-old Sadie Roberts-Joseph, was arrested on July 12 and charged with first-degree murder, Baton Rouge police announced.
