Former Georgia Lt. Governor to Testify Before Grand Jury as Trump Indictment Looms

Former Lt. Governor of Georgia Geoff Duncan confirmed he has been subpoenaed to testify before a Fulton County grand jury. The development indicates that Attorney General Fani Willis is wrapping up her investigation into former president Donald Trump.

Former Lt. Governor of Georgia Geoff Duncan confirmed on Saturday that he has been subpoenaed to testify before a Fulton County grand jury.

“I can confirm that I have been requested to testify before the Fulton County grand jury on Tuesday. I look forward to answering their questions around the 2020 election,” he wrote in a social media post.
