A Florida man told Local10 reporters he scared off an individual using a brick to beat a 4-year-old trapped inside a garbage bin.
Jose Sotomayor told the news outlet that he was investigating strange noises outside his home in Miami Gardens on May 2, when he stumbled on the drastic scene.
