Federal Judge to Extend Order Blocking Biden Administration’s 100-Day Deportation Pause

An order blocking President Joe Biden’s administration from its attempted deportation pause will be extended, a federal judge said during a hearing Friday.

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton, a Trump nominee, said he plans to extend the order by two weeks, effectively doubling its time.
