Buoyed by the steadily growing public disapproval of President Joe Biden and the direction he and the Democratic majorities in Congress are taking the country, House Republican strategists are now focused on winning congressional districts in the 2022 midterm elections that Biden comfortably carried just two years ago.

“Expanding the map of offensive opportunities, Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF), the super PAC endorsed by [House Minority] Leader Kevin McCarthy and all of House GOP Leadership, announced seven new endorsements from its Trailblazers Fund. The next round of endorsements goes beyond traditional swing seats to districts President Biden won by an average of eight points and as much as 16 points,” the CLF announced on April 12.
