The 22-year-old former boyfriend and classmate of murdered nursing student Haley Anderson has been charged with second-degree murder, the Broome County District Attorney’s Office announced in a press conference on Saturday, March 17.
Orlando Tercero is accused of killing 22-year-old Anderson after her body was found at Tercero’s home located at 23 Oak Street in Binghamton, New York, on Friday, March 9.
