The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a rule that would repeal the 2009 endangerment finding, a determination that underpins federal limits on greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles and other sources.

In a Feb. 10 emailed statement to The Epoch Times, the agency said it was “actively working to deliver a historic action for the American people,” describing the original finding issued during the Obama administration as “one of the most damaging decisions in modern history.”
