Sonoma County residents will receive test emergency warning alerts on their landline and cell phones in the evening of Sep. 11.
Sonoma County Emergency Services will use the SoCo Alert system to send the test alert around 6 p.m. No action by residents is required. Residents may sign up for the alerts at www.socoalert.com.
