The driver in the fatal crash that killed a mother and four children had a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit, Oregon police revealed on Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Favian Garcia had a blood alcohol content of 0.318 after the crash, according to a probable cause statement. That’s nearly four times the state’s 0.08 limit.
