The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a civil complaint on Jan. 5 seeking to revoke the citizenship of a man who failed to disclose he was wanted in Bosnia for alleged war crimes in documents to enter the United States.

Sead Miljkovic, also known as Sead Dukic, was accused of using a fictitious identity to enter the United States and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2007 under that false identity, according to the DOJ.
