Death Penalty Possible for Suspect Arrested for Killing 13-Year-Old Hania Aguilar
Michael Ray McLellan, 34, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, for the murder and kidnapping of North Carolina teenager Hania Aguilar, who was found dead on Nov. 27, 2018. McLellan was charged with 10 felonies and will be held without bail until his first court appearance on Dec. 10, 2018. FBI

The man accused of kidnapping a North Carolina teenage girl from her front yard, spiriting her away in a stolen vehicle, raping her, and killing her, was denied bond during his first court appearance on Dec. 10.

The judge in Robeson County also said that Michael McLellan, 34, could face the death penalty, reported ABC 11.
