Congressman Chris Smith (R-N.J.), who has consistently worked to protect Hong Kong’s freedom and democracy from the Chinese Communist Party’s repression, has been gifted 4,000 surgical face masks by Hong Kong Human rights activists.
A non-governmental organization called Hong Kong Democracy Council (HKDC) in Washington and Anna Cheung, founder of New Yorkers Supporting Hong Kong (NY4HK) helped coordinate the donation of personal protection equipment, or PPE.
