SAN PEDRO, Calif.—Salvage operations were underway on Nov. 28 as well as an investigation into the cause of a fire on a cargo ship at the Port of Los Angeles that burned for more than three days.

The ONE Henry Hudson was returned to the Yusen Terminal at the port Nov. 27 after the ship was damaged in the fire, the U.S. Coast Guard reported.
