A youth pastor in California has been arrested for allegedly committing multiple lewd acts on juveniles.
Investigators from the Riverside Sheriff’s Department located and arrested Malo “Victor” Monteiro, 45, on suspicion of numerous felony charges related to sexual assault on juveniles, reported the Valley News.
