California State Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula has been charged with willful cruelty to a child, according to the Fresno Police Department.
In a video posted by ABC30 Action News on Facebook, Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said the department received a call just before 2:00 p.m. on Dec. 10 from CPS (Child Protective Services) asking the police to respond to Dailey Elementary Charter School in northwest Fresno, where a child appeared to be injured.
