California Man Shoots Dead Neighbor’s Dog for Urinating on His Lawn

Modesto Ramos, 23, became upset after a neighbor's dog urinated on his lawn, so he grabbed his gun, and shot the animal, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office said. The dog is believed to have been killed on Dec. 8, 2018; Ramos was arrested on Dec. 11, 2018. Tulare County Sheriff's Office

A California man was arrested after shooting his neighbor’s dog, officials said.

The dog’s owner left her house around 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 11 and upon returning later in the day, she noticed the dog missing from her front yard and called the authorities.
