A bill to repeal California’s controversial COVID-19 “misinformation” and “disinformation” law—which intended to punish doctors who refused to comply with the government’s directives on masks, vaccines, and treatments during the COVID-19 pandemic—has quietly made its way through the state Legislature.
Senate Bill 815 would repeal parts of Assembly Bill 2098.
