A 13-year-old boy was arrested July 8 on suspicion of setting off fireworks that sparked a wildfire in Laguna Beach, California.

Flames spread along Rancho Laguna hillside after about 2 p.m. on July 7 as the Rancho Fire grew, prompting authorities to evacuate some surrounding neighborhoods in the Southern California coastal town.
