Bipartisan Minibus Spending Package Funds Defense, Homeland Security, and More

WASHINGTON—Congress has been passing appropriations bills to fund government needs, with outlays for an array of budget items ranging from missile defense and ICE operations to security at World Cup soccer games.

On Jan. 20, the House Appropriations Committee released a spending bill package funding the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Transportation, and  Housing and Urban Development.
