A toddler who went missing on April 1 has been located and is safe with law enforcement officials.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department canceled a statewide silver alert the same day for Kayden Matthew Fresh, who was last seen wearing a blue, yellow, and white “Paw Patrol” T-shirt and blue or gray shorts.
