Arizona House Passes Bill to Ban Medical Mandates

The Arizona Senate will now consider the legislation.

The Arizona House of Representatives has approved a bill that would ban vaccination requirements and other medical mandates.

The Feb. 26 vote on Arizona House Bill 2248 was 31–22, with seven members not voting. The bill has been transmitted to the Arizona Senate.
