Police officials in Massachusetts wrongly suspended eight state troopers over a refusal to comply with a COVID-19 vaccine mandate, an arbitrator ruled on Aug. 4.

The troopers sought exemptions from the mandate because of their religious beliefs, but officials rejected the requests, leading to the suspensions.
