A three-judge panel heard arguments on Nov. 17 to decide whether to bring back two class-action lawsuits that allege a link between pregnant women using the drug acetaminophen, and rates of autism and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in their children.

The cases stem from hundreds of 2022 lawsuits against Tylenol-acetaminophen producer Johnson & Johnson, which were combined into multi-district litigation in October that year.
