The Trump administration must reinstate two board members who were fired, under a U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruling released on April 7.

The full appeals court vacated a previous split panel decision that had stayed orders to reinstate Cathy Harris of the National Labor Relations Board and Gwynne Wilcox of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
