Authorities in Huntington Beach, California, submitted charges July 8 against 35 minors in connection with an unruly beach gathering that garnered internet infamy.
“To the Adrian’s Kickback crowd—I hope you didn’t think we forgot about you,” Huntington Beach police said in a Facebook post. “This is just the beginning.”
