$768 Million Powerball Winner Comes Forward, Identified as 24-Year-Old Wisconsin Man

The winner of the $768 million Powerball lottery jackpot was identified as a 24-year-old man from New Berlin, Wisconsin, said lottery officials.
“I want to thank those closest to me for all the support they have given me over the years,” said Manuel Franco, according to a news release from Powerball.
