4 Women Killed in Malibu Crash Believed to Be Pepperdine Students

MALIBU, Calif.—Four women who were killed in a horrific crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu are believed to have been students at Pepperdine’s Seaver College of Liberal Arts, the university announced Oct. 18.

The crash occurred about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 21600 block of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), according to the sheriff’s department. The victims were found at the scene, along with several severely damaged vehicles, and a 22-year-old man was arrested. That person has not been identified.
